Damages and Issues

However, it’s true that not everyone’s skin is the same and, as with all skincare, reactions may be possible. Because of this, we regret that we cannot be held responsible for any reaction that is down to the characteristics of an individual’s skin, and not the product itself.
We would recommend that, as with any form of skincare or cosmetics, and if there is any possibility of an allergic reaction, you should always undertake a patch test and wait 24 hours. If an allergic reaction does occur, discontinue use and, if the reaction is severe, seek medical advice.

All of the ingredients used in our products are clearly labelled on the container and on the product page.
